TRAINING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to :

Develop “Collaborative” and “Helping” culture in workplace;

Develop “Trust” relationship amongst colleagues; and
-
Enhance work efficiency while maintain good quality service.
TRAINING APPROACH
To achieve the training objectives, a diverse and interactive approach will be adopted to engage participants. Apart from lectures, participants will be required to take part in various interactive activities including games, team building exercises and thematic activities during the workshop.

TRAINING CONTENTS

Encourage staff to be “helping seekers” and “helping givers”.

Reinforce the “helping norms with formal process and roles.
-
Facilitate staff to promote “helping” culture with slack resources.

Understand the basis of “trust” relationship: functional vs. dysfunctional effects of trust relationship.

Build vertical trust relationship between superiors and subordinates.

Build dyadic trust relationship among peers.
-
Cultivate and maintain “trust” relationship in an organization.

Facilitate multiple dimensions of work efficiency in terms of time, output and cost…etc.

Stimulate creativity in work processing and output.

Change mindset in performing jobs and satisfying customers.
TRAINING METHODS

Three sessions of lecture will be delivered to enhance participants’ knowledge on developing “collaborative” culture and “trust” relationship among staff and enhancing work efficiency with quality service maintained.

Team building exercise will enhance the team spirit and strengthen participants’ sense of belonging to their company in order to enhance operational efficiency and foster a creativity culture.
-
Thematic activities are similar to the team building exercise but it emphasizes strong collaboration between teams and creative mindset of staff in order to achieve a common goal.
