TRAINING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to :

TRAINING APPROACH
To achieve the training objectives, a diverse and interactive approach will be adopted to engage participants. Apart from lectures, participants will be required to take part in various interactive activities including games, group discussion, team building exercise and leadership exercise during the workshop.

TRAINING METHODS

Lectures will be delivered to enhance participants' knowledge on the role & responsibilities of a leader/manager; developing effective leadership and managerial skills; achieving effective communication among staff; and boosting work efficiency with quality service maintained.

Group discussion will facilitate self-reflection of participants on their performance as a leader/manager in the past, and stimulate exchange of views on how to excel their performance.

Team building exercise will enhance the team spirit of participants and strengthen their sense of belonging to the company in order to achieve excellence and continuous improvement.

Leadership exercise will focus on developing leadership and managerial skills of participants by taking part in multiple tasks. Participants will identify gaps in their leadership and management styles through experiential learning.
