TRAINING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to :

Develop a positive mindset required of a leader /manager;

Enhance their leadership & managerial skills;

Engage their subordinates constructively; and
-
Enhance their subordinates’ work effectiveness and efficiency.
TRAINING CONTENTS

Understanding mindset and how to develop the mindset required of a leader /manager.

Developing effective leadership and managerial skills.
-
Setting goal and making plan for work.
-
Building an effective team and staff motivation including handling of substandard employees.
-
Enhancing self-confidence in leading a team.
TRAINING APPROACH
To achieve the training objectives, a diverse and interactive approach will be adopted to engage participants. Apart from lectures, participants will be required to take part in various interactive activities including games, group discussion, team building exercise and adventurous activities during the workshop.

TRAINING METHODS

Two sessions of lecture will be delivered to enhance participants’ understanding on the mindset required of a leader /manager, developing effective leadership and managerial skills; and boosting morale of employees by creating positive working environment.

Group discussion will facilitate self-reflection of participants on what makes an effective leader and how to strengthen team bonding through exchange of thoughts and experience sharing.

Team building exercise will enhance the team spirit of participants and reinforce their belief in the company core values as well as sense of belonging to the company in order to achieve excellence and continuous improvement.

Adventurous activities will focus on enhancing leadership and managerial skills, and self confidence of participants through participation in multiple adventurous tasks. Participants will be able to boost their leadership and management skills, and team bonding techniques by overcoming various challenges in outdoor setting.
