TRAINING CONTENTS
  • Encourage staff to be “helping seekers” and “helping givers”.

  • Reinforce the “helping norms with formal process and roles.

  • Facilitate staff to promote “helping” culture with slack resources.

  • Understand the basis of “trust” relationship: functional vs. dysfunctional effects of trust relationship.

  • Build vertical trust relationship between superiors and subordinates.

  • Build dyadic trust relationship among peers.

  • Cultivate and maintain “trust” relationship in an organization.

  • Facilitate multiple dimensions of work efficiency in terms of time, output and cost…etc.

  • Stimulate creativity in work processing and output.

  • Change mindset in performing jobs and satisfying customers.

TARGET PARTICIPANTS
  • Junior to middle managerial staff

  • Optimal size of class: 25-30 persons
